Muahahaha!

Happy Halloween!  Our department at work holds yearly pumpkin decorating contests and this year, my group went with the Addams Family.  I was responsible for Gomez and Uncle Fester.  My Gomez looks more like a Beattle.  And that yellow thing on Uncle Fester is a light bulb I carved into the mouth.  Hope you fill up on candy!

These are some I've done in years past.  Last year was Dorothy and Scarecrow from Wizard of Oz and before that was Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean.

Dots dots dots

Happy Wednesday!  I've kinda had a thing for dots lately so I cut a whole bunch out and created a birthday card for one of my friends.  I embellished it with rhinestones and scored a crisscross pattern on black cardstock before using my Cricut to cut out the "HAPPY" on it.  Hope she likes it.  I hope you like it as well. :)

Thank You

Here's a thank you card I made for my friend (also my Stampin' Up Demonstrator) for the products I just purchased from her.  On the ribbon, I used a ruffling technique I saw here.  I added a little sparkle to the card using rhinestones.  Enjoy!

Wedding Place Cards

Greetings! Welcome to my first blog EVER! I'm kind of behind the times with this whole blogging thing so bear with me. :) I love stamping and making cards and hopefully I can inspire the inner stamper in you! So... enjoy!^_^

One of my closest friends got married 2 weeks ago and I offered to make her place cards and table numbers for her reception. Her colors were eggplant and all shades of pink so I incorporated those colors onto the place cards. I just bought a Cricut Personal machine and went crazy with the Home Decor cartridge. I punched out the different sized ovals using oval punches from Stampin' Up! and punched the eyelets using the Crop-A-Dile from Stampin' Up! as well. I had to scratch out the name - of course. :)
